DELIVERY POLICY

We strive to ship worldwide; orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days of purchase with DHL Express. Once dispatched, we estimate you will receive your order within 4 to 10 business days depending on your location. Kindly note this is an estimation and not something in our control. Shipments can be tracked.

Pre-ordered items take four or more weeks to be made and delivered. In these cases, we will be personally contacting you once your garment is ready.

When placing your order, please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping addresses are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages or change the delivery address once the courier has processed an order. 

In certain cases, if a single order is made for multiple products, the order may be divided into multiple shipments. This is dependent on the weight restrictions in parcels, or regulations of the courier company. In this case, you will be contacted for any discrepancy in price incurred by additional shipping charges.

·     All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 10 days only if:

• Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product(s) differed from the original order.
• Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date.

Please email pictures of the defective item to help@summairahassan.com within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. We will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

3. In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

4. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

5. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained

6. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We provide shipping internationally through DHL. It will take 8-10 days for international orders delivery. Make to orders delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements.
